Closing Out 2025 With Gratitude, Growth, and Big Goals Ahead

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what has been one of the most challenging—and rewarding—years in real estate.

This past year tested buyers, sellers, and agents alike. Interest rate shifts, affordability pressures, and a constantly changing market made every decision more complex. Yet through it all, our clients showed resilience, trust, and confidence—and that’s something we’re deeply grateful for.

In 2025, Diverse Realty Group had the privilege of helping 52 families buy or sell a home during one of the most turbulent real estate cycles in recent history. Each transaction represented more than a sale—it was a family making a move, an investor planning for the future, or a homeowner taking the next step in their journey. We’re especially thankful to those of you who trusted us again or referred your friends and family. Your support is the foundation of our growth.

This year was also about strengthening our team. We were proud to welcome Kim Phan as a newly licensed agent, bringing over a decade of experience as a registered nurse serving Washington County. Her compassion, attention to detail, and service-first mindset perfectly reflect the values we strive to deliver to every client.

We’re also incredibly proud that every member of our team had their best year in real estate so far—a reflection of hard work, collaboration, and a shared commitment to serving our community with integrity.

As many of you know, Alex is pursuing a new chapter in public service through local politics. While that journey continues, our commitment to real estate remains strong. Alex continues to be actively involved, and our team is fully equipped to support you every step of the way.

Looking ahead, we’re setting our sights high. In 2026, our goal is to help 75 people achieve their real estate goals—and we’d love your help getting there. Whether you’re thinking about buying, selling, investing, or simply have questions about the market, we’re always here as a resource.
